Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed, modified, or canceled under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
Standard Shipping
- Orders with standard shipping are typically processed and shipped within 5–10 business days.
- Weekends and holidays are not included in processing or shipping times.
- Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., inclement weather).

Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We will not replace or refund any orders that are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Preorder Policy
- Preorder turnaround time is 7–21 business days (not including weekends or holidays).
- Once preorder items arrive to us, shipping to you takes 3–4 days.
